2009 Peugeot 308 CC – official photos

PSA Peugeot Citroen has published the first official photos and information about new 2009 308 coupe, which debuted in October at the Paris motor show. Elegant car with a metal roof evolving concept inherited many features of 308 RC-Z. 2009 Peugeot 308 CC will receive an entirely new 2.0 – liter 140 horsepower diesel power, to satisfy the requirements of the standard “Euro-5″, and will appear in perspective and a hybrid version, which will become the world’s first serial-hybrid convertible.

Sports news underlines the nature 6 – speed manual gearbox, broad gauge and larger diameter wheel drives. In the 308 CC implemented a number of interesting technical innovations, such as system Airwave, to create a “plume” of warm air around the head and shoulders while driving passengers with folded roof. Start of production new Peugeot 308 CC is scheduled for spring 2009.
