Aston Martin issued official photos of subcompact car Cygnet, which is another version of the Toyota iQ. As said by the representatives of the British automaker, the car is so far only a concept car – the work on his fine-tuning still in progress. The first production samples of new items are received by resellers by the end of next year.

The cost of the 2011 Aston Martin Cygnet in the UK market will be about 20,000 pounds sterling. The company expects to sell Aston Martin for 1000-2000 Cygnet copies every year.

Aston Martin plans to begin production of the smallest and cheapest car in its history. The model will be called Cygnet, which will act in a class «A» on the European classification.

Cygnet will be built on the basis of Toyota iQ.
