BMW concern showed the first photos of the Vision EfficientDynamics concept, a world premiere which will be held in September at the Frankfurt Auto Show. Spectacular quadruple-door coupe with the “guillotine” represents the fusion of sportiness and eco-friendliness. Its hybrid power unit consists of a three-cylinder turbo diesel and two electric motors with total capacity 356 hp.

With all three engines accelerate to 100 km / h takes just 4.8 seconds and a top speed of 250 km / h, while fuel consumption does not exceed 3,76 l/100 km.

Coupe can move and electric traction, although in this case, the mileage is limited to 50 kilometers.

At the show started in Italy Concorso D’Eleganza Villa D’Este Concern BMW introduced its latest supercar – the concept of luxury BMW M1. Its establishment in conjunction with the 30 – anniversary of the legendary sports coupe M1, is issued from 1978 to 1981. Renaissance M1 is executed in an aggressive manner and able to compete bestsellers such as Mercedes-Benz SLR or Audi R8.

But Bavarian automakers have not yet taken a decision on the possible beginning of mass production supercar. BMW M1 will decorate the stands at the company’s largest motor show this year, and the future of machines, not least depends on the reaction of spectators, journalists and automotive experts.
