VW Blue Sport Concept Roadster

Volkswagen introduced in Detroit a new roadster concept car, called Blue Sport, except that sport style hints at the existence of the diesel engine under the hood. Rather turbodiesel Clean Diesel, the volume capacity of 2.0 liters and 180 horsepower, paired with a 6-skorotsnoy CPR DSG.

Acceleration to 100 km / h at the VW Blue Sport Concept takes 6.2 seconds and a maximum speed is around 226 km / h. In doing so, the average fuel consumption in the economy mode (Eco mode) is 4.3 liters per 100 km, including through systems «start-stop» and regenerating braking energy.
